Cottages & Apartments

Our modern accommodations consist of cottages and apartments that can be stayed in all year round. The apartments have kitchenettes where you can easily prepare breakfast and simpler meals, and our cottages have full kitchens (except oven) where there are good opportunities to prepare all the meals of the day. Take a closer look below at the different types of accommodation we have.


4+2 beds 

The cottages are beautifully located a stone's throw from the kilometer-long beach at Kilesand. All cabins have a large terrace that faces the beach. The cabins have four beds and a sofa bed and are functionally furnished in a modern design with a kitchen area, fully equipped for self-catering.

Apartment Standard

2 + 2 beds

In our modern, bright apartments, you are guaranteed to enjoy yourself. From the balcony you have a view of the beautiful Kilesand beach and the Kosterfjord. The apartments are furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed, and equipped with a small kitchenette with equipment for self-catering. The apartments are on the second floor of the main building.

Apartment Superior

4 beds

Kostergården's large apartment is perfect for the larger family! There are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a family room and a small kitchenette. The apartment is on the second floor of the main building. Note. the bathtub's massage functions are currently out of order.

Booking conditions

Check-in & check-out

Check-in no earlier than 15.00 Check-out no later than 11.00 In case of late check-out, this must be booked in advance by email at for a fee. Keys are picked up and returned after agreement via confirmation email/call after booking.

Cleaning fee

Cleaning costs SEK 799 for those who want to buy the service. For those of you who choose to clean your accommodation yourself, there is cleaning materials in each apartment/cabin. Please note that the dishes must be washed and put back and the rubbish emptied, regardless of whether you have bought cleaning service or not. Kostergården reserves the right to post-invoice guests who have not taken care of the final cleaning according to the checklist. 

House rules

1. Smoking is prohibited in all our cottages and common buildings.
2. Pets are allowed in some of our cottages, they are labeled "pet friendly".
3. Kostergården does not guarantee that cabins/apartments are allergy-free.
4. Bed linen & towels are included in the price between 20 June and 15 August, beyond this period it is a mandatory supplement. Final cleaning can always be purchased for SEK 799 or you can do it yourself.

5. After 23.00 it must be calm and quiet in the Kostergården area. The restaurant business on the roof terrace may be open until 01.00, but as it is an external business we cannot influence this.
6. In case of destruction and/or possible damage, contact us on 0760388044 immediately. We charge damages according to the price list.
7. In the event of rules being broken, the guest is responsible for any expenses incurred by Kostergården. Kostergården reserves the right to reject the guest immediately.

Booking rules

The booking rules apply to all types of orders, both cottages and apartments at Kostergården. The rules apply regardless of how the order was made, directly on the web, by phone or email.

Always check your booking confirmation. Any errors or changes must be made and notified immediately. The booking conditions apply from the moment the order is confirmed.


All overnight stays must be fully paid for before arrival in order for the guest to have access to a cabin or apartment. In case of non-arrival, Kostergården has the right to demand full payment for your order. Kostergården reserves the right to always change/change the cottage or apartment if necessary. This also applies if you, as a customer, have submitted requests and originally received information that they should be met.

If you have started your stay and for some reason are forced to cancel it yourself, no money will be refunded. Kostergården owns the right to re-let the cottage/apartment to a new guest.

To book accommodation or stay at Kostergården, you must be at least 18 years old, or in the company of someone over 18.


30% of the booking is paid directly at the time of booking as a deposit which is included in the total amount of the booking. The remainder of the booking is automatically deducted from the specified card during the week of arrival if no other payment method is specified. Cancellation and full refund is possible up to 14 days before the stay, and cancellation without refund of the deposit is possible up to 7 days before the stay. 14 days and closer to the booking, you commit to 30% of the total booking value in case of cancellation. 7 days or closer to the day of arrival, you are 100% bound to the total amount regardless of whether you come or not.


When changing the booking date, it is the original booking date that is used as a starting point based on the current rules on connection of payment. The price is only adjusted if it is a more expensive date.

Non-payment is considered a cancellation and any amount paid is not refunded.

Payment is made by card via link, Swish or bank transfer. If you want to pay in another way, please contact us by phone or email. We only invoice business customers.

Privacy Policy

When you book your stay with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. This information will never be sold or shared with another party, but is only for our contacts with you.
According to the Data Protection Regulation GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected. You also always have the right to be forgotten, i.e. to be completely removed from the register, as soon as your stay is over, and other contacts are ended. In that case, contact us by e-mail.


We never sell or share your email address and other information to any other party for them to use.
We will use your data to:
· Keep in touch with you, confirm your booking, inform about news and everything related to your stay.
· Send newsletters if you subscribe to these.
